In the UK, the King Kong movie was distributed by EMI. The EMI
press kit consisted of an 8.5x13-inch, 4-page sheet with various ads
suitable for newspapers, and a cardstock "folder" with doors
that open in the front to reveal the poster art and movie credits inside.
